Welcome to BestServiceFinder, a digital platform that connects users with third-party service providers across various industries. By accessing or using the BestServiceFinder website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and BestServiceFinder (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985);

2. Platform Overview

• BestServiceFinder is an intermediary platform that allows users to find, connect with, and review third-party service providers. We do not own, control, or manage any of the services offered by providers on the Platform.
• We are not a service provider, nor do we guarantee any service outcomes.
• We provide options to both individuals and registered businesses to add their services for discovery by other users.
• All transactions or agreements formed between a user and a service provider are independent of BestServiceFinder.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features:

• You may need to create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
• BestServiceFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Provide false or misleading information;
• Violate applicable laws or platform policies;
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Business Listings

If you are using the Platform to list your business or service:

• You must be a registered business entity in the UAE or hold appropriate trade/commercial licenses.
• All listings must include accurate details, legal information, and lawful service offerings.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your business complies with all applicable UAE laws, including:
• Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies;
• Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020);
• Any relevant regulations from the Department of Economic Development (DED).
• We reserve the right to moderate, suspend, or remove business listings at our sole discretion if they violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in accordance with applicable UAE laws, including Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021);
• Not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior;
• Not impersonate other individuals or entities;
• Not upload or post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• You understand and acknowledge that your interactions with service providers are solely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Platform Limitations

We strive to maintain a reliable Platform, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access;
• We may modify or suspend features or availability at any time;
• We are not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of services provided by third parties.

7. Fees and Payments

• Accessing the Platform may be free or fee-based depending on the services offered.
• We reserve the right to:
• Introduce subscription models, promotional fees, or paid upgrades;
• Offer optional features for business users such as priority listings or advertisement packages;
• Charge processing or platform fees for value-added services.
• If payments are required, they will be processed through secure UAE-compliant gateways, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Privacy Policy

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed AED 350 or the amount you paid (if any) for a specific paid service related to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestServiceFinder and its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:
• Your misuse of the Platform;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Infringement of third-party rights;
• Legal disputes between you and a listed provider.

14. Termination

• We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform without notice;
• Remove any content or listing that violates our policies or applicable laws;
• Enforce legal action in cases of fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
• You may also delete your account at any time, but your data may be retained in accordance with legal obligations.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to:
• Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction within the UAE;
• Resolution via mediation or arbitration, where appropriate under the UAE Civil Procedure Code.

16. Amendments

• BestServiceFinder may update or revise these Terms at any time. When we do:
• We will update the “Effective Date” above;
• Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Entire Agreement
